Qualifications:

- Current Employment;
- Current Photo ID Required at Lease Signing;
- We do Not Accept Section 8 or Evictions from previous rentals.
- Bankruptcies must be discharged;
- Background Check must be clear of all Felony & Felony/Misdemeanor Sex Offense; Clear of all Prosecution for Felony.
Pet Info:
Pet rent is $100 per animal (dog or cat) per month. We have a One pet limit. Dogs cannot be taller than 10 inches from the paws to the shoulder or 25 pounds, No vicious breeds will be accepted and the animal must meet the HOA requirements and city license requirements.
All Rent and Deposit quoted require acceptable credit approval.
