What do I need to bring with me to place a deposit or sign a lease?
We require a Government issued Photo ID. Please bring the Photo ID to all appointments and meetings. Preferably a STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID or PASSPORT.
What about Felony Records and Bankruptcies?
Honesty is the best policy, so please let us know on your application.Each person who is Over 18 who wants to live on property, must be on lease, and will be required to be accepted. Bankruptcies must be discharged.We do not accept any persons with Felony Records. Thank you for your interest. Please do not apply.

How do I schedule a showing?
We ask that you submit an application <It is Free!>; We run both credit and criminal background checks on all applicants. Once we accept the applicant, and terms have been agreed upon, a time and date is scheduled to Take a tour and collect a non-refundable reservation to hold the property in applicant’s name.
