We provide EFT Rent Payments!  We have an Online Tenant Portal for current tenants to check on any outstanding Bills associated with your account.  Within this Portal - is Online Payments for your Rent.  This way - you don’t have to Lick that Envelope - it can be Automated!!  Wahoo!!! for Smart Computers.

What do I need to bring with me to place a deposit or sign a lease?

We require a Government issued Photo ID. Please bring the Photo ID to all appointments and meetings.  Preferably a STATE ISSUED PHOTO ID or PASSPORT.

What about Bankruptcies?

Honesty is the best policy, so please let us know on your application.Each person who is Over 18 who wants to live on property, must be on lease, and will be required to be accepted. Bankruptcies must be discharged.

​How do I schedule a showing?

We ask that you submit an application; We will run credit checks on all applicants.  Once we accept the applicant, and terms have been agreed upon, a time and date is scheduled to take a tour and collect a non-refundable reservation to hold the property in applicant’s name. All of the properties have their Blinds OPEN and Light On - So Drive By and LOOK IN THE WINDOWS - can’t see the closets, but you can see most everything else.  If you don’t like that one - take the LIST from the front door - or print Current List from HERE -
