Qualifications:
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older - One application for each occupant.
- Current Employment;
- Current income should be 2-2.5 times rental expense.
- Current Photo ID Required at Lease Signing;
- We do accept Evictions from previous rentals, providing restitutions has been made.
- Bankruptcies must be discharged;
- One Application per Adult Resident
- To be considered for advertised deposit - Approved Credit must rate current on at least 50% of the lines of credit.
